Maison Poppy is a trade name of Maison Avice LLC, 2269 Chestnut St, San Francisco, CA 94123. This policy explains what personal information we collect through maisondepoppy.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: info@maisondepoppy.com.

What we collect

• Inquiries: your name, email, phone number (optional) and the details you share about your project or event.
• Orders: your name, email, shipping address and the items you buy. Card details are entered into Stripe's secure form; we receive only the card brand and last four digits.
• Newsletter and product updates: your email address.
• Site usage: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected by Google Analytics (which uses cookies) and Vercel Web Analytics (which does not).

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, process and ship your order, send order and shipping emails, calculate and report sales tax, send the newsletter if you signed up, prevent fraud, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that help us run the shop and the site: Stripe (payments and sales tax), shipping carriers (your name and address), Google (email and analytics), and our website and database hosting providers. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes. Inquiries and newsletter sign-ups are kept until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@maisondepoppy.com. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we will not treat you differently for using them. You can limit analytics cookies through your browser settings.

Security and children

The site uses HTTPS, and access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders and inquiries. The site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
