Who we are

Maison Poppy is a trade name of Maison Avice LLC, 2269 Chestnut St, San Francisco, CA 94123. You can reach us at info@maisondepoppy.com or (415) 407-3693. These terms apply to candles and fragrance bought on maisondepoppy.com.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, based on the shipping address. Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. If an item becomes unavailable or a price is shown in error, we will contact you and may cancel the order with a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; we receive only the card brand and last four digits for your order record.

Shipping

We ship to the United States and Canada. Perfume contains alcohol and ships by ground only, so it can take longer to arrive, especially in Canada. Shipping is $15 per order, and complimentary on orders of $100 or more before tax. We will email you when your order ships. Orders to Canada may be charged import duties or taxes on delivery, which are paid by the recipient.

Returns

You can return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. To start a return, email info@maisondepoppy.com with your order number and we will send the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund to the original payment method once we have received and checked the item.

If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us with your order number and a photo and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Using our products safely

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn it on a heat-resistant surface, away from anything that can catch fire, and out of reach of children and pets. Trim the wick before each use. Perfume is flammable and for external use only; keep it away from heat and flame and stop using it if irritation occurs.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
